Job Context:
∎ International Trimming & Labels (ITL) Group is a UK based Multinational company and manufacturer of garments accessory. ITL Group has global operations in 14 countries over 35 years of experience. International Trimming & Labels Bangladesh Private Limited (ITL-BD) is a sister concern of ITL group. And it is operating in Bangladesh since 2015. It is manufacturer and exporter of garments Tags, care labels etc.
∎ ITL-BD is seeking young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker and would like to join our team and meaningfully contribute to accelerate business development and reach the organization`s goal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry for Commercial dept.
∎ Performing high-volume data entry using Excel.
∎ Reviewing data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
∎ Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation with companies' security policies.
∎ Daily basis follows up with the vendors for payment and other documents collection.
∎ Updating Various types of Data in ERP system.
∎ Preparing a report weekly basis and share with the supervisor.
∎ Any other work assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient in MS Office.
∎ Must have proficient English communication skills, both written and oral, at a conversational standard.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Salary: Negotiable
