Responsibilities & Context:
Support in implementation of operational risk and fraud management guidelines.
Prepare & maintain different Monthly Dashboards reports regarding operational risk.
Development of analytics & dashboard related to fraud.
Assist LM to conduct investigation/enquiry of cases, prepare investigation reports, provide recommendations for risk mitigation and present it to Management.
Assist department to develop the processes & procedures to prevent fraud.
