We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive Engineer (Production) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precast pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram
Responsibilities:
Supervise the civil construction works at the factory premise during the project phase
Plan and Prepare operation/production schedules for all machines to ensure smooth and effective operation
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly operation/production plans and yearly operation budgets and achieve them accordingly
Develop and specify concrete mix design to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
Communicate with the supply chain department to arrange required raw materials in due time.
