• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical

• Diploma/BSc in Mechanical or Refrigeration System

• Must have good manner & patience to handle people and Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.

• Hand Experiences in Ice Cream Production Factory.

• Must be capable to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate Ice Cream machineries.

• Sound knowledge of process safety tools, emergency planning, and risk management techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics is essential.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively solve technical issues.

• Should be sound in Stress Management & Team work.

• Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, is generally expected.

• Should be sincere, honest and punctual.

• Ability to work hard and under pressure.

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance operations across the ice cream production line
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot:
  • Continuous and batch-type ice cream freezers.
  • Mix preparation tanks, homogenizers, and pasteurizers.
  • Filler machines, cone & cup machines, and cam-driven assembly systems
• Maintain cam-operated systems for timing-critical tasks in molding and filling.
• Troubleshoot and service pneumatic and hydraulic systems used in Comet and Rollo, fillers, and packaging lines.
• Operate and maintain ammonia/Freon-based refrigeration systems, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and chillers.
• Perform routine checks and ensure the smooth running of cold storage units and blast freezers, IQF.
• Maintain proper functioning of gearboxes, pumps, valves, chains, sprockets, and bearings used in mechanical drives.
• Follow planned maintenance schedules (PM) and corrective maintenance as per breakdown reports assigned by HOD.
• Maintain documentation on repairs, spare parts usage, and machinery status.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for machine-related performance and modifications.
• Participate in machine installation, overhauling, and commissioning projects.
• Perform other regular duties assigned by the HOD as required.
