Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure quality of all the Finish fabric from the dyeing finishing production and ensuring quality product and quality level.
∎ Guide to production by maintaining all the parameters and ensure right quality including (Shrinkage, GSM, Twisting, etc) as per buyer & company.
∎ Accountable for Fabric quality matters for dyeing finishing production.
∎ Manage fabric quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control. Responsible for strong floor management.
∎ Solving any problem by discussing with higher authority and should have to develop the statistical data for the expectation level of finish products and assure its quality.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guideline to the subordinates.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports. Any other job assigned by the management.
∎ Properly understand buyers’ fabric requirements and deliver them within given time limitation.
∎ Monitor and ensure that the entire fabric Quality process is going good with quality production

∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for few skilled and experienced Executive for Dyeing quality.
∎ Responsibilities :
