Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in the Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and direct entire dyeing production
∎ Execution of the production plan.
∎ Coordination and allocating the right workforce.
∎ Maintaining the production floor discipline.
∎ Problem solving related to the production.
∎ System updating and real time monitoring.
∎ People handling towards to achieve production target as Supervisors, technicians and operators
∎ Skill development and training the employees
∎ Any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ ERP system or Real Time production controlling system
∎ Fluency in verbal of English language, Reading and Writing skills
∎ People management, communication skill and leadership skills
∎ Automated dye machine and chemical dispenser system/ Preferable for SCLAVOS/ FONGS dyeing machine related knowledge
