Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to monitor day to day operations of the Industrial Engineering functions of assigned area.
∎ Lean tools implementation (5S, Kaizen, JH, Gemba, RCA, VSM, Autonomous Maintenance etc.)
∎ Monitor machines, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ Analysis of low production & collect NPT against low production & take action to reduce NPT
∎ Monitor shift wise dyeing production by hourly output basis.
∎ Coordinate with Production team for Machine feeding & related job.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ Work with production team for continuous improvement for manufacturing methods, system and controls.
∎ Context:  AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for qualified, energetic, hardworking, skilled and experienced few Executive (IE -Dyeing) for strengthening and enhancing the capacity of the Dyeing - IE Team.
