• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• B.Sc. in wet processing Technology from a reputed textile university specially BUTEX.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile,Group of Companies,Dyeing Factory

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Knowledge in central monitoring will be given preference.

• Practical experience in Dyeing.

• Having can do attitude.

• Capable to work under stress.

Job Context:

AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for few experienced Dyeing Executive.

 Job Description / Responsibility

• Execute the production as per dyeing plan

• Give dyeing program in dyeing machine by proper plan & take urgencies to make the target successful.

• Monitor the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc.

• Ensure bulk recipes & parameter for a particular shade to ensure good reproducible as well as increase RFT%

• Maintain bulk production as per production plan and buyer requirement

• Good management in floor and utilization of resources should be standard.

• Monitor the dyeing water are transferring to ETP

• Shade arrangement according to the program

• Program set – up for each machine

• Constant supervision & ensure proper utility of critical point during sourcing and dyeing.
