Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chmistry or related discipline
∎ Diploma or Bachelor degree in any discipline with relevant knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Head of a large washing unit which includes Production, Quality, Administration, HR, Compliance, Accounts, and Security etc.
∎ Well experienced in all types of Wet & Dry Process.
∎ Well conversant with entire production management chain/process for development stage to delivery.
∎ Well conversant with Alliance, Accord/Better works, ILO and other compliance safety requirements.
∎ Capable of managing Social, Technical and Structural safety audit of the factory.
∎ Capable of handling expatriate and local Technicians.
∎ Capable of preparing wash production forecast, detail plan and ensure effective execution
∎ Well conversant with chemical requirement, its use, furnish chemical requisition for future orders and examine cost control.
∎ Well conversant with the maintenance requirement of the factory.
∎ Ability to implement and ensure effective QA monitoring system in every stages of production.
∎ Ability to set target for the sub-ordinates and ensure accountability for achieving the same.
∎ Capable of handling brand wash team and meet their requirements.
