Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategies/road map to implement Construction Operation plans for optimizing efficiency and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plan to accommodate goals and achieve business sales target
∎ Ability to communicate to achieve work from different Govt. Organization and Corporate bodies.
∎ Ability to work and make decisions independently as well as collaborate effectively as part of a professional team.
∎ Strong communication skills to negotiate with Land Owners and Apartment buyers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ex defense personal with Engineering and Admin background will get priority
∎ Senior Managers of any Multi National Company will get priority
∎ Physical experience in Construction Management at site
∎ Outstanding in report writing on Construction management.
