Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate persons.

  • Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.

  • Handle queries and address complaints.

  • Receive deliveries, packages, letters, CV's etc.

  • Maintain a visitor's logbook.

  • Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.

  • Keeping messages of staff in their absence.

  • Attend to visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.

  • Manage the mail dispatch desk and handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.

  • Visit various projects for cleaning and safety aspects.

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
