- Should have strong leadership capability and team-building efficiency.
- At least 3 years in a similar Position in a Premium Real Estate Company.
- Able to achieve the sales target. Monthly and yearly.
- Proper knowledge of promotional activities.
- Expertise in online marketing.
- Able to perform customer correspondence and the handling of customer complaints.
- Should have the problem-solving ability & able to close sales effectively and efficiently.
- To have enough knowledge about the before & after-sales service support of Real Estate Industry.
- Should have enough knowledge regarding new rules and regulations, property (Flat, Land, Commercial Space, etc.) registration, and loan procedures.
Responsibilities & Context:
Searching and knocking to create a new client bank.
Client dealings at the outside and head office as and when required.
Complying with all aspects of the company`s marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Initiate an action plan to achieve the collection target against sales as set by the management from time to time.
Responsible for liaising with private / govt. offices and also financial institutions for loans, registration, and other activities.
Selling experience at Cantonment, DOHS, Jolshiri Abashon etc. area will be appreciated.
