Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing necessary instructions to the team to increase production with the quality for each order.
∎ Following up the production schedule to keep the supply chain at an optimum level.
∎ Product Development.
∎ Quality
∎ Production
∎ Technical Development
∎ Technical Support.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of men, machines and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality production for each style and no compromise with quality everywhere.
∎ Handling finishing activities and meet on time finish process to meet shipment deadline.
∎ Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Work on marking and cutting marker as per buyer requirements.
∎ Collaborating with senior management and decision makers to share information for problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years

Salary:
∎ Basic salary: $ 4,000.00 Per month
House Rent: $ 1,500.00 Per month
Conveyance Allowance $ 100.00 Per Month
Medical Allowance $ 200.00 Per Mont
The Service is liable to be terminated by 60 day`s notice from either side.
