Job Context:
∎ A reputed 100% export oriented Garments factory is looking for potential candidate as Executive Director at its Head Office. The factory consists of Knitting, Sewing (32 Lines), and Embroidery departments/sections.
∎ Job Location for the position is Head office, at Uttara, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operational activities of the factory. He will lead and coordinate the activities related to production (knitting, dyeing, printing, embroidery, garments cutting-sewing-packing-shipment etc.), Planning, Supply Chain, Work Study, Utility, Admin & logistics etc. related issues of the company.
∎ Candidates having commendable expertise to manage the overall operational activities of a renowned large Garments factory through guiding a team of senior management professional are only encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant field in any large Garments factory. should have thorough knowledge to coordinate each & every production process and capable to manage all factory operations effectively
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Should be self-motivated & have effective communication, coordination and motivational skills
∎ Able to work independently & should be result oriented.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As Per Company Rules.
