Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having a positive mentality to provide 24/7 customer support
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
∎ Ready to grip any other work assigned by the top management
∎ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Customer conveyance capacity, strong interpersonal communication, and leadership skill are must.
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ You must have a good voice and convincing power by phone
∎ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
∎ Have mentality for work long duration

∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate of Greater Sylhet origin is given prefer
∎ Must be fluent in English and native language
∎ Female candidates of Sylhet origin and able to talk in Hindi will give an advantage.
