Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Experience Real Estate field will be preference

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Applicant must have the experience in Real Estate Sector, Building Construction, Real state Developer

Job Context:
∎ The company is one of the largest group of companies in Bangladesh . The company operates in the field of property development & construction sector, having build commercial, residential projects & developing projects for the Bangladesh government. The group also operates one of the largest fleet of vessels within the country & consist of companies that may provide end to end logistical support. The company also manufactures & trades building materials such as stone, cement, steel, & plastic products. The founder and Managing Director of the company is a 3rd Parliamentary Member of the Republic of Bangladesh government.
∎ As a Customer service representatives you will help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product/service and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ CSD template execution.
∎ Taking the decisions of customers regarding modification & selection of their apartments time to time for the smooth operation of the projects.
∎ Construction status reports send to all Clients in every month.
∎ Arranging project commissioning visit at different phase of work & report send to concern department.
∎ Advising the customers for additional works/materials upgrade by which company gets huge profit as well as making the customers also satisfied for those modifications/optional work.
∎ Preparing all types of additional bills of the customers' modification works as per company's rules.
∎ Preparing specification of finishing materials in individual Project and organizing the display room.
∎ Finalizing of Apartment wise selection sheet from client & send to project.
∎ Giving the total Interior solutions to the customers like, wall cabinets, kitchen cabinets, false ceilings, wall paneling works etc. as per customer choice & satisfied.
∎ Follow up with the client due to materials provide in proper time as per client requirement.
∎ Visiting the projects time to time to ensure the quality products to satisfy the customers as well as to uphold the image of the company.
∎ Preparing Final Account as per company format & sends to all Clients and send to Audit after Client acceptance.
∎ Preparing of Individual apartment handover documents and send to client after completion of financial settlement.
∎ Collecting the Client feedback form after handover.
∎ Organizing & conducting successfully all the project handover ceremony.
∎ Collecting the Client complaint & sending to concern department and solving the Client complaint.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Will be required to perform off site duties through the use of a company vehicle.
∎ Must have a valid driver's license.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
