Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Marketing discipline from any reputed university will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interact and maintain close communication and healthy business relationships with the global and local corporates to explore SSSL business further.
∎ Attending regular scheduled business meetings with the valued business partners of SSSL.
∎ Maintain regular corporate customer visits, online & offline communication, and follow-up.
∎ Proactively interact with the prospective foreign investment companies in Bangladesh on a regular basis and be smart enough to communicate with them.
∎ Developing and harnessing bilateral business relationships with the global and local corporate houses and developing sustainable business relationships to maximize sales.
∎ Address and resolve clients' concerns in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide excellent customer support ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Escalate and discuss complex customer observations with management time to time for resolutions.
∎ Repairing disengaged or fractured business relationships with specific existing clients and finding probable solutions with a mitigation plan.
∎ Attend continuous skill development programs for professional growth.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries.
∎ Maintain the highest level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients.
∎ Develop a relationship with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective client satisfaction and business Excellency.
∎ To prepare and provide a monthly report to the management.
∎ Conducting in-depth need assessments for a better understanding of clients' requirements and providing effective service solutions to the clients.
