Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare commercial documents for import & export operations.
∎ Possess sound knowledge of foreign and EPZ-based export procedures.
∎ Handle LC, SC, banking operations, and documentation.
∎ Possess sufficient practical knowledge in dealing with forwarders and communicating with buyers.
∎ Handle commercial operations related to HS codes, product descriptions, Customs Act, and Import-Export Policy.
∎ Manage business banking operations related to LC/SC, TT, RTGS and follow up on transactions.
∎ Maintain communication with concern C&F, and Transport (Logistics) entities.
∎ Maintain export-related records.
∎ Liaise with accounts, production, and marketing teams.
∎ Prepare necessary statements and reports as per management's requirements. Ensure timely submission of bank documents for payment processing and follow up until payment realization.
∎ Possess sufficient knowledge of UD & UP preparation and consumption too.
∎ Be able to handle any other work assigned by the Management.

∎ Age 26 to 30 years

∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
