Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new clients through methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to generate leads and build brand visibility.
Sales and client management
Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales successfully.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and issues, often acting as the main point of contact.
