Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installing new coffee machines at customer locations. Ensuring proper connections and setup. Configuring machines according to customer preferences and specific requirements.
∎ Conducting regular preventive maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
∎ Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, including issues with brewing units, pumps, grinders, and electrical components.
∎ Replacing worn-out parts and ensuring the machine's optimal functionality.
∎ Identifying and resolving technical problems reported by customers.
∎ Using diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions.
∎ Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers, addressing their concerns, and keeping them informed about the repair process.
∎ Building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Training customers on the proper use and maintenance of their coffee machines. Educating customers on troubleshooting common issues and how to perform basic maintenance tasks. Providing technical support to customers over the phone or remotely.
∎ Assisting customers with software updates and troubleshooting software-related issues.
∎ Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and ensuring that they are readily available for repairs.
∎ Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work meet high-quality standards.
∎ Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines when working on coffee machines.
∎ Ensuring that all safety features are functioning correctly.
