Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Post Graduate in any subjects of Science.
∎ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Science Graduate from any reputed University will get preference.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing chemical budget, Chemical requisition, receiving & distribution to the required section.
∎ Prepare Chemical inventory, Chemical in and out report, analysis of chemical life.
∎ Prepare & update of chemical management policy, procedures and training manual.
∎ Identify chemical hazard and risk assessment.
∎ Collect MSDS, TDS, Chemical compliance certificate and other related documents
∎ Convert original MSDS and Labelling into local language.
∎ Ensure safe chemical store management according to chemical risk assessment and chemical management guideline (REACH and ZDHC).
∎ Responsible person have to handle audit for GOTS, Oeko-Tex, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, H&M, Primark, Carrefour, Inditex, Sainsbury's, Bestseller etc.
∎ Conduct training on safe chemical handling, chemical storage, buyer's chemical requirements to worker and management staff.
∎ Conduct chemical drill for emergency chemical spill response.
∎ Conduct chemical analysis as per buyers RSL/MRSL.
∎ Conduct internal chemical audit and prepare audit report.
∎ Prepare corrective and preventive action plan (C-PAP) as per internal and buyers audit report.
∎ Ensure safe chemical disposal.
∎ Receive interdepartmental note, documents and take actions regarding those issues.
∎ Support to Compliance and Environment Team.
∎ To perform other duties as assigned by higher authority time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have sound knowledge on Acid and explosive chemical Law and Rules, Environmental Law and Rules, REACH, ZDHC, DETOX etc.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, highly proactive, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla (both written and spoken).
∎ Proficiency in applications of MS Word, Excel & Power Point etc.
