Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
Strong knowledge of authentic Thai cuisine and techniques
Leadership skills with ability to manage a full kitchen team
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Culinary certification or relevant training preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee full kitchen operations and staff management
Design and execute authentic Thai menus
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Ensure smooth daily service and operational efficiency
