Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

  • Create and innovate seasonal menus, ensuring a balance of creativity and cost-effectiveness.

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure a harmonious and efficient working environment.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, local regulations).

  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and ordering of supplies.

  • Collaborate with management to maintain and improve kitchen processes and operational efficiency.

  • Implement and uphold kitchen policies and procedures, from food prep to service standards.

  • Maintain strong communication with other hotel departments, including F&B service and event planning.

  • Review guest feedback to continuously improve food offerings and dining experience.

  • Lead staff training programs, ensuring all kitchen personnel are skilled and knowledgeable.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
