Proactively sell print/digital advertising, sponsored content, and integrated packages to meet or exceed monthly revenue quotas.
Identify and prospect 15–20 new potential brands, agencies, and corporate clients weekly to expand the client base.
Conduct high-volume daily outreach through cold calling, professional emailing, LinkedIn networking, and in-person visits.
Independently build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking every lead from initial contact to final conversion.
Create, customize, and present tailored advertising solutions and quotations that align with specific client marketing goals.
Lead the negotiation process and perform persistent follow-ups to convert prospects into paying, long-term partners.
Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and strategically upsell additional digital features or premium sponsorships.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure all promised deliverables and sponsored campaigns are executed accurately and on time.
Handle essential documentation, including preparing invoices, managing contracts, and ensuring timely client billing.
Submit detailed weekly activity reports, tracking deal status, follow-up frequency, and overall revenue progress.
