Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Offshore

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategize the digital campaign to conduct lead generation and covert into sales
∎ Work with Senior Team Member closely to achieve company’s sales target.
∎ Identify & research opportunities of present market
∎ Work in onboarding new offshore IT businesses, Target clients, steer sales and pre-sales activities, manage account management as well as customer & project management
∎ Develop and follow-up new business development opportunities and improve sales through various methods
∎ Create a sales pipeline, carry out sales forecasts, analyze and present the findings to senior management/the board of directors
∎ Prepare various documentations & demonstrate presentations to potential new clients.
∎ Follow up with existing client for feedback & understands their needs & offer solution their problems
∎ Communicate new product developments or partnerships to prospective clients
∎ Prepare business proposals, solutions documentations and Negotiate with stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must have to align with company’s vision to achieve company’s sales target.
∎ Candidate must have 3-4 years of Experience in offshore (Software Industry) and BPO Industry.
∎ Candidate must have in depth understanding of offshore software industry & BPO Industry.
∎ Candidate must have understanding of business transformation propositions for individual prospects /industries and have ability to present business proposal to prospective clients/customers.
∎ Candidate must have to be well versed in understanding of new technology as well as software development tools and identify resource availability in the market.
∎ Candidate must have to be flexible in working different time-zone to comply client’s time zone.
∎ Candidate should have proven track record of offshore Market & Business Development.
∎ Candidate must have strong knowledge in Presentation, documentation and Microsoft Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
