Additional Requirements:
  • Experienced in business development, preferably in the garments inspection or services sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in the relevant field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across management levels and clients.

  • Skilled in communication, negotiation, and decision-making.

Responsibilities & Context:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate activities of the Business Development team.

  • Promote and develop inspection business to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain key customer relationships. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Improve market position and contribute to financial growth.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Conduct frequent market visits to local offices, buying houses, suppliers, and manufacturers.

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and meetings.

  • Gather market intelligence on buyers, volumes, and competitor activities.

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in Softline’s and Hardgoods inspections.

  • Develop a strong rapport with new clients and maintain professional networks. Achieve sales targets (volume and revenue).

  • Organize and attend client/vendor meetings, fairs, seminars, and promotional events.

  • Provide timely reports on market trends, sales KPIs, forecasts, and client status.

  • Coordinate with the operations team and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
