• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field from a UGC-approved university.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable

• Electric Wire & Cable industry experience preferred.

• Prepare and issue invoices for cable sales, services, and projects in a timely and accurate manner

• Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and supporting documents prior to billing

• Ensure billing aligns with approved price lists, discounts, and credit terms

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and aging reports

• Follow up with clients for payment collection as per credit policies

• Coordinate with the Sales and Collection teams to resolve discrepancies

• Maintain daily records of received payments and update customer ledgers

• Enter billing-related data into the ERP/Accounting system accurately

• Maintain up-to-date customer account information and transaction histories

• Assist in monthly closing activities by ensuring billing completeness

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and receivable reports
