Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cement industry, Cement Sales, Civil Engineering, Engineers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement, Cement Industry
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunity & create new customer as well as retain existing customer.
∎ Achieve daily, monthly sales and collection target.
∎ Prepare daily reports & monthly reports, also analyse the competitors activities.
∎ Gather market information & communicate data to management.
∎ Need to ensure the full coverage of territory where assigned
∎ Conduct regular meeting with Retailers, Clients.
∎ Customer Ledger to be up to date.
∎ Lead & monitor the sales team.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints
∎ Keep a tab & maintain different program communicated in market, & ensure it is achieved.
∎ Prepare promotional ideas to boost sales.
∎ Need to have a valid driving license.
∎ Must be self-motivated and work hard under tremendous pressure.
