Educational Requirements:
∎ Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (MME) /material science and engineering or material science & Chemical Engineering or Applied Chemistry and Engineering or Applied Chemistry from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with the production process of gypsum board, from raw materials to finished product
∎ Ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of production
∎ Support the management of the production team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
∎ Work with other departments to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively
∎ Monitor production costs and make recommendations for improvement
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
∎ Represent the company at industry events and meetings
∎ Learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the gypsum board industry
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry especially in the chemical or material-based process industry
∎ The basic concept of manufacturing, gypsum board manufacturing, gypsum board, RM of gypsum board,
∎ The basic concept of gathering knowledge of new ideas or processes through online or offline method
∎ Advance Knowledge of gypsum powder, paper, and starch will add additional advantages.
