Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and record Raw Materials, Finished Goods related bills by checking with appropriate supporting documents to drive accurate, complete, and timely cost reporting.
∎ Prepare all financial reports and ensure proper reconciliation of different ledger balance to get different reports directly from system.
∎ Ensure supplier Tax and VAT deduction to ensure it is compliant with the existing laws of the country.
∎ Ensure the repair and maintenance expenditures of the outlets and depots along with the pass entry at system.
∎ Physical visit of CDC, Factory to ensure source documents of bills and vouchers.
∎ Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.
∎ Ensure Supplier account reconciliation to identify any unusual transactions and for smooth transaction.
∎ Follow up the capital nature expenditure and recording of CAPEX at System for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the LC advance charges offset when LC is closed.
