Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee canteen and transport services central distribution center of Apex Footwear Limited & Footwear Limited's business associates e.g., Pool car, Suppliers’ Truck, and others under AFL Transport Service policy ensuring the fulfillment of ongoing need.
∎ Execute implementation of comprehensive security systems for the protection of individuals, commercial and industrial establishments.
∎ Ensure safe, secure, and well-maintained CDC premises that meet environmental, operational, health, and security standards.
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with respective authorities for utility services (electricity, telephone, service charge, etc.), government agencies, and local administration.
∎ Ensure proper accommodation and other facilities related to Expatriates and locals as per Apex Footwear Limited accommodation policy for their well-being and smooth operations.
∎ Ensure workplace hygiene and cleanliness through effective supervision of the cleaning team.
∎ Ensure timely renewal and updating of all necessary regulatory licenses to maintain legal and operational compliance.
