• Age 30 to 35 years

• Not applicable for candidates from Bogura.

• At least 3-year(s) relevant experience as an Executive (Admin).

• Proficiency in Computer MS Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Context

We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a ‘‘Executive (Admin)” who has the relevant experience to meet desired goal.

Job Responsibilities

• To maintain the employee’s personal file with all related papers as up-dated.

• To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

• To monitor all HR related data, reports, formats, statement & registers are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per company’s HR policies and procedures.

• Welcome guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests.

• Keep a record of staff movements, visitors with name, address & contact number

• Should be able to handle visitors with a proper and polite manner.

• Receiving customer queries and forwarding to the concern department.

• Employee Attendance & Register Khata should be maintained.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bengali languages.

• Reporting day to day activities to the concerned department.

• Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.

• As per Company Policy.
