Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Job advertisement, CV sorting, printing and calling bellow executive level candidates.
∎ Assist in preparing all relevant documents, setting arrangement and entertainment of Interview Session for all level of candidates.
∎ Assist in preparing short listed candidates’ summary for all level of employees.
∎ Assist in preparing Appointment Letter bellow Manager Level and arrange induction session.
∎ Entry relevant date in i-HRM & Excel database systems.
∎ Overall canteen and food management of the head office including lunch, snacks, event and guest entertainment.
∎ Ensure Bill Management regarding Canteen, Grocery, Agro Gazipur outlet, Fawgan, Banani Outlet and Local Market purchases.
∎ Process requisition (MPR) to procure logistics and equipment and MRIR as per the requirements.
∎ Manage inventory of the stationary items and ensure proper allocation of stationary items.
∎ Drivers and Support Staffs leave entry to Software.
∎ Preparing daily, monthly and annual canteen budget/ forecast for future demand.
∎ Supervise and maintain health and hygiene of the canteen, canteen staffs and head office.
∎ Ensure housekeeping neat and clean in head office.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
