Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ACCA, Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist for preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ Assist & contribute to preparing budget and Monthly variance analyses.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Provide different types reports to the management regarding as required.
∎ Ensure the reconciliation of sales & collection on regular basis.
∎ Analyze monthly MIS and appropriate communication to Management.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
∎ Responsible to Prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documents properly.
∎ Responsible to check all sorts of bills of suppliers..
∎ Responsible to receive utility bill and paying to bank.
∎ Responsible to maintain cash book.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding knowledge of MS Office & Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill and ability to build relationships
∎ Organizational and time-management skills
∎ A business acumen
∎ Enthusiastic and passionate
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
