Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ FCA/ FCMA having no 3rd class/ division in any of the examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, budgeting, budget variance analysis, monitoring and achieving financial targets of the bank.
∎ All internal financial reporting including periodic MIS, cost/benefit and performance analysis.
∎ All external reporting particularly to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Rationalization of cost and improving productivity of resources.
∎ Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual Financial Reporting in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
∎ Dealing with internal, external and Bangladesh Bank audits.
∎ Capital Management and Capital Adequacy related matters under Basel Ill.
∎ In depth knowledge on Accounting 6 Financial rules, regulations of Bangladesh Bank, Companies Act, Banking Companies Act and other regulatory provisions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 07 (seven) years of professional experience in Accounts related activities.
∎ Minimum 04 (four) years of professional experience in Accounts related activities for candidates having ACA/ FCA degree.
∎ The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.
∎ Age should not exceed 50 years as on December 31, 2021.
