Job Responsibilities Includes:

• Applicants must have experience in the BOQ, Estimation, Tendering, Cost control, understanding of construction drawing etc.

• Should have the experience in tender process also E-GP, PWD & government tender.

• Analysis the tender documents and BOQ papers for submission.

• Knowledge on PWD update date schedule.

• Prepare Profit calculation sheet for the management query.

• Good knowledge update about current materials & work rate.

• Ensure timely submission of tender papers to management.

• Prepare the measurement book and tracking the bill.

• Good knowledge on the MS Excel, AutoCAD & other related software.

BOQ & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare detailed *BOQs* from drawings, specifications, and site data.

• Conduct *rate analysis*, material costing, labour calculations, and project budgeting.

• Validate quantities using AutoCAD/measurement software and cross-check project estimates.Project Calculations:

• Perform structural/civil calculations (concrete, steel, earthwork, utilities).• Analyze project risks, resource allocation, and timelines for tender feasibility.• Support post-tender negotiations, contract finalization, and project handover.

Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented with expertise in e-Government Procurement (e-GP), Limited mTender Module (LTM), Online Tender Module (OTM), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, and project cost calculations. You will lead tender documentation, cost estimation, and compliance for government/private infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids.

Collaboration:
• Liaise with design, procurement, and site teams for accurate input.
• Train junior engineers on e-tendering tools and BOQ best practices.

Tender Management:

Prepare, review, and submit bids via *e-GP portals* (LTM, OTM, CPP, GePNIC, etc.).

Ensure compliance with tender notices, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for tender requirements.

BOQ & Cost Estimation:

• Prepare detailed *BOQs* from drawings, specifications, and site data.
