• ERP software sales / implementation experience in a reputed software company or in a textile company in production, planning, merchandising, quality departments with a working experience of any ERP software.
• Willingness to travel away from base location.
• Proficient in English and Bengali.

As part of our deeper market penetration initiative in Bangladesh, we are now hiring for a Sales Executive – ERP as per below requirements:

Primary responsibilities:

• Generate leads and inquiries and maintain a consistent Sales pipeline for the ERP based on the target market segment.

• Should be able to actively research and identify opportunities through various sales activities viz through active calling, e-mail marketing, industry network & associations, consultants, etc.

• Should fix appointments and carry out meetings and presentations at the Management and user level.

• Should be able to actively engage with prospects with a consultative approach, to analyze and understand the customer business requirements and procedures.

• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should be proactive in follow-ups and in executing the sales process – from lead generation- meeting-presentations-proposal-deal closure.

• Should provide the necessary inputs to the technical team in preparing presentations and software demonstrations.

Desired candidate profile:

• Education: MBA, B. Tech. / B.E. / M. Tech. / M.E. – Textile, MCA

• Experience: 1–3 years in either of the following:

  • ERP software sales / implementation experience in a reputed software company or in a textile company in production, planning, merchandising, quality departments with a working experience of any ERP software.
