Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enters, updates and verifies data into various systems for use by all personnel.
∎ Reviews and verifies data entered into the database to ensure accuracy.
∎ Production update on ERP Software as daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Tracks documents received and completion dates.
∎ Assists employees in software programs.
∎ Provides assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems.
∎ Runs and distributes reports.
∎ Creates backup files for all data.
∎ Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
∎ Report on payroll expenses and Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
∎ Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Additional Degree/ Training on computer operating system.
∎ Advance knowledge on MS Excel.
∎ 35 words typing capacity in Bangla per minute & 25 words typing capacity in English per minute.
∎ Experience in using ERP Software as an extra advantage.
