∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Factory located at Hemayetpur, Savar and a sister concern of AKH Group. We are looking for a few number of less experienced or fresher Jr. Executive for Environmental Sustainability.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. Sustainability Program Support:
∎ 1. Assist in the development and execution of sustainability strategies, including water strewed ship, waste reduction, energy efficiency, carbon footprint tracking, Chemical management
∎ 2. Help coordinate employee engagement programs (e.g., awareness campaigns, sustainability training)
∎ Data Collection & Reporting:
∎ 1. Gather and analyze environmental data (energy, water, waste, Waste water, emissions) to track progress toward sustainability goals
∎ 2. Support the preparation of sustainability reports (e.g., HIGG, GRI, ESG, disclosures)
∎ Regulatory & Standard Assistance:
∎ 1. Stay updated on environmental laws and industry best practices
∎ 2. Ensure Standard with local and international sustainability
∎ Stakeholder Engagement:
∎ 1. Collaborate with Internal & External teams to integrate sustainability into business processes
∎ 2. Assist in external communications with suppliers, clients, and regulatory bodies
∎ 3. Handling Brand recommended roadmap & project
∎ 4. Engagement with CSR activity relevant with Sustainability
∎ Implementation & Innovation:
∎ 1. Implement emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and green solutions
∎ 2. Support pilot projects for renewable energy, circular economy, or sustainable sourcing
∎ 3. Align with New technology & update version
