Experience:
Minimum two (2) years of proven experience in engine spare parts and lubricating oil sales, preferably within the diesel engine or power generation industry.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools, with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and produce effective reports & presentations.
Sound technical knowledge of diesel generator parts and aftermarket products.
A dynamic, proactive team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated positive work ethic, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a results-driven mindset.
Up-to-date understanding of customer demand trends, market dynamics, penetration strategies, segmentation, pricing mechanisms, and the ability to identify and capture new market opportunities.
Designation and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall competency.
Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel and Gas Generators. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators, and Valvoline Lubricants.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain revenue generation from the sales of spare parts and lubricating oil to meet the annual sales plan.
Search for new customers, apply an appropriate marketing strategy, send quotations, negotiate with customers, and complete the sales process.
Receive requirements of customers directly or through other departments and send quotations, ensuring the desired profit margin.
Maintain liaison with existing customers with timely, elevated service.
Handle customer queries and complaints with the company’s business standards and assist Service and Salespeople with the appropriate spare parts and lubricating oil.
Find out the part number, HS code, and relevant information from the Cummins portal and ensure providing the right information is provided to the customers and other concerned people.
Maintain sales billing with proper documentation, timely delivery, and follow-up for payment collection after sales within the deadline.
