• Develop Project plans, schedules, and budgets for the erection and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.

• Coordinate with site supervisors, fabricators, machinists, piping crews, and workshop personnel to ensure smooth execution of activities.

• Monitor foundation preparation, anchoring, leveling, and alignment of machines.

• Ensure lifting and rigging are done safely and in accordance with load charts and method statements.

• Ensure all structural and mechanical fabrication work is carried out as per design and standards.

• Check welding quality, fit-up, and dimensions against fabrication drawings.

• Supervise fabrication and erection of piping systems (process, utility, drainage, etc.) as per isometric and P&ID drawings.

• Supervise workshop-based fabrication and machining of components.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, inspection reports, and erection logbooks.

• Ensure all erection and fabrication activities follow approved safety procedures and risk assessments.

• Liaise with design and engineering teams for drawing clarifications or revisions.

• Support mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of installed equipment and systems.

• Prepare progress reports, engineering drawings, specifications, BOM/BOQ and other project-related documentation

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers.

• Demonstrate leadership skills, effective communication, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced construction environment
