• A high level of speaking and writing skill in English to respond with customers.

• Should have good presentation and positive stance for the assignment.

The company is currently looking candidate for the appointment of Engineer –Technical for its local office in Dhaka.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Providing professional technical supports and services to customers.

• Liaise with overseas R&D department for new product development or up-gradation of the existing one.

• Troubleshooting of problems that immediate encounter from the customer side.

• Preparing technical documents for product and manage approval from customers.
