∎ Sound understanding of API functionalities and experience in API testing using tools like Postman and JMeter

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Surveillance of the services to ensure performance and reliability
∎ Handle process and tech issues faced by the business and its customers
∎ Communicate efficiently with stakeholders to explain the solution to a problem
∎ Especially support the customer experience team in solving customer issues
∎ Learn new products that are built within the organization and align team members
∎ Identify bugs, analyze the recurring issues, and highlight the same to product and technology teams for resolutions
∎ Propose new solutions for the betterment of the product and operation
