Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Context:
∎ The incumbent shall be responsible for production operation of respective section.
∎ He/she will also have to co-ordinate with all cross functional departments to ensure targeted productivity & output.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Complete understanding of SAP PP Module and ability to work completely in SAP system.
∎ Be responsible for the operational processes of respective sector by achieving and monitoring the production objectives.
∎ Manage the budgets of section and ensure the quality of the product.
∎ Plan the daily operations of respective sections and follow up on them.
∎ Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
∎ Resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Maintain communication with other departments for any issues related to section.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem-solving process.
∎ Ensure the training of employees, evaluate their performance and their progress.
∎ Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
∎ Plan and supervise the activities and management of a team of approximately 50 employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to shift the residence nearest to the Factory.
∎ Ready to take challenges and work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
