Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), ETABS/STAAD.Pro, MS Excel and MS Project. Expertise in cost estimation and civil & structural analysis is essential.

Experience: 2 years of professional experience in civil & structural design and project management, preferably within a large group of companies or real estate sector.

Attributes: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset for feasibility studies, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.

FUNCTION : Engineering & Projects

PURPOSE STATEMENT:

The role requires a high level of technical expertise to oversee the civil/structural design, cost estimation, and overall project management of Eclectic Group's multidisciplinary construction projects. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all civil works are executed with precision, safety, and cost-efficiency while maintaining alignment with the organization's strategic goals, compliance and reporting authorities. Moreover, the role is also bound to abide by the overall instructions of the reporting personnel.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Design & Drawing: Develop and review comprehensive civil/structural designs and architectural drawings using AutoCAD/STAAD Pro, ensuring compliance with BNBC and international standards.

Cost Estimation & BoQ: Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, and analysis of rates for various construction phases to ensure budgetary control.

Project Management: Supervise end-to-end project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control from ground breaking to handover.

Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure structural integrity, and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in real-time.

Tendering & Procurement: Assist in the technical evaluation of tenders and coordinate with the procurement team for high-quality material sourcing.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise project logs, daily progress reports (DPR), and "as-built" drawings for future reference and audits.
