Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors in CSE/ EEE/ETE from any well Reputed public or private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and designing of any nationwide ISP core network
∎ Designing of fiber optics network with FT Tx
∎ Working with any kinds of network troubleshooting and outages issues
∎ Configuring and troubleshooting of PPPOE, Hotspot, RADIUS etc. services
∎ Manage GGC, FNA, IX Services, Traffic Queues & Scheduling
∎ Working with different types of switching service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc
∎ Working with different types of routing protocols like Static, OSPF, BGP with multiple network and Load balancing with Mikrotik & Cisco Systems
∎ Supervising the NOC team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve company's goals
∎ Collaborating with NOC and System Support Team to ensure efficient service of the company
∎ Ensure Highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types customer
∎ Design network management and monitoring tools
∎ Having professional knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, BGP, OSPF, VPN, L2 & L3 Concept.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults
∎ Practical knowledge to install & configure networking Switch, Router &Wireless Devices & OLT
∎ Vendor Certification must: CCNA, JNCIA, MTCRE
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 3 years proven professional experience in any nationwide ISP is preferable
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications will be a key added advantage
∎ Must be Tech savvy
∎ Skills Required: Core Network
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Core Network
∎ Good command in English & Bengali both spoken and written
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing etc.
