We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Engineer (Quality Control) for Bashundhara Ready Mix & Construction Industries Ltd. (Precust pile and wall panel Project), Mirsharai, Chattogram.
Responsibilities:-
Monitor and supervise the civil construction works Quality issues at the factory premise during the project phase
Establish casting and quality check requirements to ensure smooth operation and adherence to quality standards throughout the production process
Develop and specify concrete mix design to ensure optimal performance and quality standards
Evaluate and specify concrete slump test, cylinder compressive strength test and other quality tests to ensure compliance with standards
Manage, inspire and lead the QC teams to ensure operation and continuous improvement in quality
