Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the operation, maintenance, and supervision of the central air conditioning plant, ensuring efficient performance, reliability, and adherence to energy-saving practices.
Support the team in the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of package-type, VRF, and split-type air conditioning units to ensure uninterrupted cooling and optimal performance.
Supervise, maintain, and monitor sanitary pumping systems and fire protection equipment, ensuring they remain fully functional and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and coordination of lifts, escalators, and autowalk systems, promptly addressing mechanical or operational issues to ensure safe and smooth functionality.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance logs and reports for all equipment, supporting performance tracking and maintenance planning.
