We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Engineer (Instrument) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, Mirsharai, Chattogram.
To lead the erection, commissioning, installation, calibration and testing of the instrument
Responsible for planning, scheduling, supervising & managing the Instrument teams
Support the Instrumentation teams across locations in diagnosing problems during erection & determine how to correct them, checking drawing and layout as necessary
Follow-up with provided instructions, documents & drawings
Prepare the project documentation related to erection & commissioning works
Create, design, implement, maintain & improve instrumentation control system
Prepare technical drawings & specifications of instrumentation systems
Knowledge on Distribution Control System (DCS), Siemens PLC S7-200, s7-300, s7-1200 & other’s PLC, HMI, Compressor, Chiller, Boiler etc.
Ensure workable reserve for all items necessary for maintenance & operation
Distributed daily work among team members & to carry out assigned jobs as instructed
Maintenance & troubleshooting of all field instruments like as control valves, different types of transmitters, gauges & controllers etc
Responsible for scheduling maintenance of plant instruments
Monitor the SAE, technicians, helpers & manpower to ensure they follow the guidelines for safe work
Follow up on safety rules & regulations during erection & maintenance job
Any other task assigned by the HOD
