Responsibilities & Context:
- Construction experience in high-rise commercial building with basement.
- Daily, weekly & monthly report preparing & submitting, Helping with Planning and designing projects.
- Collecting detailed plans and blueprints for construction.
- Managing & Supervising construction projects work, including budgets, timelines, and coordination with other professionals.
- Supervise construction to ensure it meets plans and safety standards, inspections of quality control.
- Focus on sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Contribute to maintenance and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure & management directed jobs.
